Golden Moments Games provides games for senior communities, played on a TV with a browser and on residents' phones or printed cards. The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and correct, and we do not guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors.
An activity director or operator creates an account and one or more communities. You are responsible for the people you give your sign-in to, and for what is entered into settings, prizes and printed materials. Prizes are yours to offer and fulfil; we are not a party to them.
Every community is free for thirty days from the day it is created. After that a community is paid for by its own organization, by an operator, or by a sponsor, at the prices shown on the pricing page at the time. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, may be cancelled at any time from the dashboard or by email, and stop at the end of the paid period. A sponsor pays only for communities that accept its invitation and may end a sponsorship at any time; the community then has thirty days before it pays for itself.
Grants for veteran facilities, VFW posts and non-profits are given at our discretion and may be ended with thirty days' notice.
Poker and every other game use points or play money only. Nothing of value is wagered and no winnings are paid by the service. Communities decide which games to offer.
Questions, the host's lines, and printed materials are ours or licensed to us, and may be used only through the service. Facts in trivia questions are drawn from public sources and are provided in good faith; tell us about a wrong answer and we will fix it.
Do not use the service to collect residents' personal or health information, to harass anyone, or to interfere with other communities' games. We may suspend an account that does.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
