A community is one TV and the people around it. An organization with several buildings adds each one as a community at the same price, all on one account and one bill.
What every community gets
Bingo, Team Trivia, Lounge Trivia, Poker, Sketch, Daily Spin, Birthday Wheel, Scratch & Win, Tic Tac Toe, High or Low
An AI host who runs the room, or a self-hosted mode where your activity director runs it from a phone
Phones for residents who have them, large-print cards and answer sheets for those who do not
A weekly schedule the TV counts down to, and a bulletin board it shows between games
Settings for each game, and a short email every Monday about last week's games
Works on any TV with a browser. Nothing to install, no app store, no hardware to buy
No resident information collected. First names only, and nothing else
Questions about the price
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans can be ended any time from the dashboard. Yearly plans are ten months for twelve and run for the year.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
Add a payment method from the dashboard and the games stay on. If you do not, the games pause; nothing is charged without a card on file.
Can another organization pay for our games?
Yes. A home care agency, a hospice, a church or a local business can sponsor a community from its own account. The TV shows one quiet line naming the sponsor, and nothing else changes. Sponsors invite a facility from their dashboard and pay only for the facilities that accept.
