Residents play from a phone or a printed card. To play, a resident types a first name or a table name and nothing else. We do not ask for, and the product has no place to enter, a last name, a date of birth, an email address, a room number, or anything about a resident's health or care. Names typed into a game are kept only for that game session and its scoreboard, and are removed when the session ends.
We do not collect health information and we are not a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA. Facilities should not enter resident health information anywhere in the product.
To run the games, an activity director creates an account with an email address and a password. We store the account, the organization and community names, the community's settings and schedule, and a record of which games were played and when. Passwords are stored as salted hashes.
A sponsor sees the names of the communities it pays for and how many game sessions they ran. A sponsor never sees residents' names or scores.
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We store the card brand and last four digits so your dashboard can show them; we never see or store full card numbers.
We send transactional email only: sign-in help, trial reminders, and sponsorship invitations. No marketing lists. Email is sent through Resend.
The host's lines and the questions on screen are turned into speech by ElevenLabs. Only the text on the screen is sent; nothing a resident types is spoken except a first name or table name in a welcome or a congratulation.
A session cookie keeps a director signed in. A phone stores its own name and game token in the browser so a resident can rejoin after a refresh. There is no advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking.
Email [email protected] to delete an account, an organization, or a community. Deleting an organization removes its communities, settings, sessions and scoreboards.
